    Provide your full name and tell us what's wrong with the phone.

    After we process your request, we will get back to you with a quote via email or text.

    Approve the repair

    Confirm with us that you would like to go through with the repair service.

    Send your device

    We will provide you a shipping label via email. Please include a small note of your name, address, and phone number so we don't mix up your phone with others.

    Confirm after sending

    Review the quote and approve the repair through our online portal. You can also request modifications if needed.
